"A.) Overhead Capacity Test"
Complete for time and weight:
- 20 Shoulder Press
- 30 Push Press
- 40 Push Jerk
*Find a weight that is close to a 10 rep max and use that weight throughout. Rest as needed. 
B.) Complete 21-15-9-15-21 reps of:
      - Jumping Lunges
      - Kettlebell swings
C.) 10-15mins of static stretching
